Lorraine Arnold is a graduate of an ABA approved Paralegal degree program (A.A.S. 2009) and Montclair State University (B.A. 2011) Jurisprudence, magna cum laude. After serving as a legal assistant to the chief counsel in procurement and patent law divisions of federal government agencies at Fort Monmouth, New Jersey, she received her real estate license and worked as a mortgage closer in New York City. For a short period she worked as a legal clerk for a general counsel in the private financial sector before opening her own research business, Legacy Roots, L.L.C. Her practice is devoted to legal, historical, biographical and genealogical research.
Lorraine is a member of the Association of Professional Genealogists and the New Jersey State Bar Association's Real Property Trust & Estate Law Section. She is a frequent writer and lecturer on researching house histories and has a blog and twitter account devoted to heir searching and land records.
